The Society’s 197th Annual General Meeting will be held on Thursday, 28th November 2024.
The AGM is an important opportunity for us to conduct our formal business but also to reflect on the past year and look forward to the future.
We will be recapping the work of the Society over the last year and outlining what we have achieved and where the challenges lie in the future.
Light refreshments will be available from 12.30pm. The AGM will start at 1.00pm and the formal part of the meeting is expected to end at 1.30pm approximately.
All members will receive the notice of the meeting in early November, together with links to the AGM documentataion and a request for RSVPs.
