In conjunction with Liverpool Law Society, member firms were offered the chance to win two Shopper Anonymous trials in a free prize draw in late spring 2017. On offer was a package that would measure client experience which would include reports and feedback about a firm’s client set-up process following a series of mystery shopping visits, phone or online enquiries.
