  6. Costs update/budgeting/assessments
  7. Civil procedure- NEW- a topic covering what it says including April’s Rule changes

Speaker Biographies

Andrew Mcloughlin is a solicitor, who has Higher Rights of Audience for Civil and Criminal proceedings and sits as a Recorder in the Crown and County Courts. He was appointed as a Court Examiner by the Lord Chancellor. Andrews wide-ranging experience in practice coupled with ongoing training from the Judicial College gives Andrew gives a unique insight into judicial thinking and therefore what you should be doing. His main areas of specialisation include civil and commercial litigation, as well as all types of personal injury from road traffic through to industrial disease and clinical negligence.

Andrew has been described as ‘an extremely erudite and knowledgeable gentleman with a sharp sense of humour. An absolute joy to learn from. Truly outstanding.
